Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Pave Daddy products are made to order. Because each item is produced just for you after purchase, we do not accept general returns or size-based exchanges unless the item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective.

When We Will Replace or Refund

  • The item arrives damaged in transit.
  • The item has a clear print defect or manufacturing defect.
  • You received the wrong item or wrong size compared to your order confirmation.

Report issues within 14 days of delivery by emailing [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Non-Returnable Situations

  • Buyer ordered the wrong size, color, or shipping address.
  • Normal wear and tear after use or washing.
  • Preference-based requests (I changed my mind).

If your package is marked delivered but not received, contact the carrier first and then contact us. We will help you work through next steps.

How Refunds Work

If your claim is approved, we will issue either a replacement order or a refund to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider and can take several business days to appear.
